Customer Warning About Third-Party Bill Pay Websites

|Written by

December 27, 2021

Doxo.com is an online bill pay website. It is a third-party website that allows people to pay their waste service bills via their website.

It may appear that Doxo.com is affiliated with Tri-State Disposal. BUT, IT IS NOT!

Tri-State Disposal has no control over when we receive payments made through Doxo.com. Delayed payments could result in a late fee, or the suspension of service until payment is received.

Here’s how to make sure you are paying your Tri-State Disposal bill directly and not with a Third-Party site like Doxo.com:

1. Pay online directly through Tri-State Disposal’s website.

2. If you already have an account, log-in to pay your bill. If you do not have an online bill pay account, you will need to REGISTER to create an online account. To register, you will be required to have your account number and an invoice number associated with that account number. If you don’t have this information, please call our office at 708-388-9910.

If you have questions about making a payment online, please call Tri-State Disposal’s office directly at 708-388-9910.

If you receive any suspicious phone calls from a number other than 708-388-9910 or emails from an email address other than one that ends in @tri-statedisposal.com claiming to represent Tri-State Disposal or requesting payment, please call Tri-State Disposal right away.

We appreciate your business and want to ensure your Tri-State Disposal account is secure.
